Cancellation policy

Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice. Any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 to 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service(s) booked. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% fee of the service(s) booked. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. A grace period of up to 20 minutes is offered; any late arrivals thereafter may be refused service and charged as a no show, or will incur an additional charge based on your selected stylist’s hourly rate.
